how to order costum hats
step 1. starting your order
To begin your order, please send me your design along with the style of hat, jacket, or shirt you'd like. you can send me the information threw text at 909-708-1964, email at angelsemshop3@gmail.com, or through a message on Instagram @angelsembroideryshop.
step 2. making your design
when we receive the information, we will create a digitized version of your design. we will then send you the image along with the sizes. you would then tell us if everything is good to get started. please note that there is a fee for the digitization process for every new design.
step 3. creating your idea
once you have paid the invoice we can start making your hats. we use the best machines money can buy that machine being barudan. the process can take up to a week or two after receiving your design.
step 4. ready to ship
final step is to clean excess backing and cutting off any flyaway stitches and your hats are finished. in a few days you will have brand new hats with your own custom design.
